Description
The castle is located under a rocky cliff which exceeds slightly, delimiting the plateau. There is only one main building left without a roof, accompanied by a turret. To the east, it extends by another building with a turret. This set was to constitute a long and narrow dungeon, glued to the rocky wall of the bottom. Around this dungeon was a fortified village, a little lower, comprising twenty-two square houses. A speaker made of large blocks of dry stones surrounds the village. Apart from this wall which could date from an older era, the entire village and the dungeon dates from the 11th and 12th centuries.
